Minimum water flow October 1 – April 30 (l/s): 110
If the inflow at the intake is less than the minimum water flow requirement, the entire inflow shall be allowed to bypass the intake. In such cases, the power plant shall not be in operation.
The power plant shall be operated as smoothly as possible, with smooth transitions. Typical start/stop operation shall not occur.
