Litj-Hena in Tydal
Litj-Hena originates in the mountain area between Tydal and Gauldalen and flows into Nea, west of the municipal center in Tydal, Trøndelag. The power plant has an annual production of 11.9 GWh, which provides around 650 households with electricity. The power plant has been in operation since 2014.

The power plant uses a vertical Pelton turbine. The authorities (the Norwegian Water Resources and Energy Directorate) have set a minimum water flow in the summer and during the winter to preserve the environment and landscape.

If the inflow is less than the required minimum water flow, the entire inflow must be passed through. The power plant shall not be in operation in such cases. The power plant must always operate according to the inflow, all changes must occur gradually, and typical start/stop operations should not occur
