CICERO concludes that Clemens Kraft’s framework is adapted to the Green Bond principles. Based on the overall assessment of the project types that will be financed for the sake of green bond and management and transparency, Clements Kraft’s Green Bond Framework has been assessed for CICERO Dark Green. Dark Green is the highest-ranked award of shades of green and is given to projects and solutions that are realizations today of the long-term vision of low carbon and climate-resilient future. Typically, this will entail zero-emission solutions and governance structures that integrate environmental concerns into all activities.
