Minimum water flow from May 1 – September 30 (l/s): 250
Minimum water flow from October 1 – April 30 (l/s): 50
If the inflow is less than the required minimum water flow, the entire inflow must be passed through. The power plant shall not be in operation in such cases.
The power plant must always operate according to the inflow, all changes must occur gradually, and typical start/stop operations should not occur.
