Graffer power plant is located in Lom Municipality in Innlandet. With an annual production of 8.7 GWh, it will provide about 435 households with electricity. The power plant has been in operation since 2021.

The development of the Graffer power plant will be a contribution to the increased production of renewable energy with limited environmental effects. The power plant will use a drop of 184 meters in the Vulu river between the intake at elevation 720 and the power station at elevation 536. The pipeline of about 2.1 km is facilitated underground.

Minimum water flow October 1 – April 30 (l/s): 100
If the inflow is less than the requirement, the entire inflow shall be allowed to pass. In such cases, the power plant shall not be in operation.
All water flow changes shall occur gradually, and typical start/stop operations shall not occur.
