Litj-Hena in Tydal
Litj-Hena originates in the mountain area between Tydal and Gauldalen and flows into Nea, west of the municipal center in Tydal, Trøndelag. The power plant has an annual production of 11.9 GWh, which provides around 650 households with electricity. The power plant has been in operation since 2014.

The power plant uses a vertical Pelton turbine. The authorities (the Norwegian Water Resources and Energy Directorate) have set a minimum water flow in the summer and during the winter to preserve the environment and landscape.
