Minimum water flow throughout the year (l/s): 300
If the inflow is less than the minimum water flow requirement, the entire inflow shall be allowed to pass. In such cases, the power plant shall not be in operation.
A bypass valve shall be installed in the power plant with a capacity of at least 2 m3/s.
All water flow changes shall be gradual, and typical start/stop operations shall not occur.
