Minimum water flow October 1 – April 30 (l/s): 15
If the inflow to the intakes is less than the minimum water flow, the entire inflow shall be allowed to pass. The power plant shall be operated with a steady operation adapted to the inflow. Typical start/stop operation shall not occur.
